Ingredients
  

  • 7 tbsp sugar dissolved in 7 tbsp hot water
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 1⁄2 cups rosé wine
  • 2 cups freshly brewed black tea (cooled)
  • 3⁄4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cup bourbon whiskey
  • 8 slices lemon
  • Ice

Instructions
 

  • Add the sugar water and 3⁄4 of the blueberries to a blender, blitz until smooth. Strain the puree (pressing the mixture to release as much as possible) into a pitcher.
  • Pour in the wine, tea, lemon juice, and whiskey. Stir and chill for 2-3 hours.
  • Slice the remaining blueberries in half and add to the pitcher before serving. Garnish serving glasses with a slice of lemon and fill with ice.
