Ingredients
  

  • 1⁄3 cup simple sugar syrup
  • 1 1⁄2 chunk fresh ginger (peeled, sliced)
  • 3 ounces good quality vodka
  • 6 ounces freshly brewed jasmine tea (cooled)
  • 1 1⁄2 ounces freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Ice
  • Splash rosé wine

Instructions
 

  • Add the sugar syrup and ginger to a cocktail mixer and mash together using the end of a wooden spoon.
  • Pour in the vodka, jasmine tea, and lemon juice along with a handful of ice. Shake well for 15-20 seconds until chilled.
  • Strain into four coupes and top each until full with rosé wine.
