Equipment

  • 1 food blender
  • 1 pan
  • 1 large bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1⁄2 fresh pineapple (peeled, cored, roughly chopped)
  • 1⁄2 cup Chardonnay
  • 1⁄4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 Scotch Bonnet chile pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add the pineapple along with the Chardonnay and orange juice to a food blender and process to a puree.
  • Transfer the puree to a large bowl and stir in the Scotch Bonnet.
  • Transfer to the fridge to chill for one day.
  • When you are ready to serve, transfer the mixture to a pan, stir well and warm. Discard the pepper before serving.
