  • 1 cocktail mixer,
  • 1 wooden spoon
  • 1 tall glass

Ingredients
  

  • 3 leaves fresh basil
  • 1⁄4 ounce Aperol
  • 1 1⁄4 ounces gin
  • 1⁄4 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1⁄4 ounce white peach puree
  • 1⁄4 ounce simple sugar syrup
  • Ice
  • Splash dry rosé wine

Instructions
 

  • Add the basil to a cocktail mixer and mash with the end of a wooden spoon. Pour in the Aperol, gin, lemon juice, peach puree, and sugar syrup along with a handful of ice.
  • Shake for 15-20 seconds until chilled then strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
  • Top with the rose wine and serve!
